Credo

Our Credo covers our responsibilities to our customers, employees, the wider business environment and shareholders.

Responsibilties to customers

We believe our first responsibility is to employees, managers, HR/L&D, and to all others who use our products and services. In meeting their needs, everything we do must be of high quality. We must constantly strive to enable people to do great work by providing value every step of the way. Our customers must be treated as KINGS because without them we cannot exist. Our partners must have confidence in us.

Responsibilties to employees

We are as proud of the people we build as we are of the company we build. We must provide an inclusive work environment where each person must be considered as an individual. We must respect their opinions, ideas, diversity and recognise their merit. Candour should reign supreme. Employees must feel free to make suggestions or complaints. Individuals must have a sense of purpose, security, fulfillment and fun in their jobs. Remuneration must be objective and fair. We must support the health and well-being of our employees. There must be equal opportunities for employment, development and advancement for those who qualify. We must provide a pipeline of leaders who are just, ethical and professional and who are ready to take up bigger challenges.

Responsibilities to the wider enviroment

Responsilities to shareholders

Our last responsibility is to our shareholders. We must make profit for us to stay in business. We must experiment with new ideas and refine old ones. We must carry out thorough research, develop and fine-tune a systematic approach to identifying clients’ L&D needs and fulfilling them through the largest network of SMEs and other partners. We must create reserve for
adverse times. We believe that when we operate on these principles, shareholders should realise a fair return.
