What is Scrum?

Scrum is an agile framework for managing and delivering products. It is designed for small teams who perform time-bound activities known as “sprints”. These activities may last one month or less and they track progress and re-plan in 15-minute stand-up meetings, called daily scrums. At the end of each sprint, the team must produce working software of high enough quality that would be delivered to a customer.

The instructor will make your learning fun by sharing his experience and making use of screen-sharing, virtual whiteboard and other remote learning aids. Also, engaging activities such as breakout sessions, end-of-concept quizzes and questions will be entertained in the course of the live session

Technical support: Should you have any difficulty, our technical support team will be there.

Assignments: To aid assimilation and knowledge retention, you will be involved in individual and group assignments. The instructor will tell you how this will work.

Class recordings: Each session of the live class will be recorded.
