Change Management History
The history of Change management can be traced to the early 19th century where interest in how humans experience change began to develop. Many scholars such as William Bridges, Kurt Lewis, among others made significant contributions towards the understanding of the change process. As the Industrial Revolution created room for the development of new businesses, disciplines, and organizations, and the development of technology and ideologies caused changes in the way things were done in organizations, it became necessary to understand and adapt to suitable change processes.

The Foundation qualification has no prerequisites considering it is the entry level and the first step individuals must take to begin their journey of becoming certified.
The Practitioner qualification requires that candidates must have passed the Foundation qualification before registering or be considered eligible for the certification examination.

However, taking the Practitioner certification exams requires that prospective candidates must have passed the Foundation qualification prior to the time of registration. The Foundation certification exam does not have any requirements considering it’s the entry level.
