About Business Analysis

Business Analysis Certification

What is Business Analysis certification ?

Business analysis certification is a professional program that trains individuals and organizations to identify and provide solutions to business challenges and problems. Solutions may range from the development of plans and policies to the altering of processes of strategic organizational change.

From the definition, a business analyst can be seen as a professional who is responsible for the identification and definition of problems within an organization, and capable of creating change which will lead to the delivery of value to stakeholders.

Furthermore, it is important to state that Business Analysis is not restricted to a particular section of an organization; it cuts across all sections, ranging from defining the business strategy to stating the business model, to the identification and appointment of leadership roles etc. It is also largely responsible for the definition of goals and requirements for projects and the continuous progress of its processes.
