Is training enough for me to pass the exam?

Yes, the training is enough for you to pass the exam. Our training is structured in a unique way to help you understand the course. Our training process is broken down into three phases which are: pre-course (before the training), the course (during the training), and post-course (after the training).  Once you have made payment (part or full) we will grant you access to our pre-course material. The pre-course familiarises you with the definitions, concepts, terminologies used in the Business Analysis practice. This is to enable you to study and prepare for the class. As if the precourse is not enough, you will still come for our instructor-led classroom training.

During the training, the training slides will be made available to you in print so that you can know where we are at any point in time. Our trainers avoid ‘death by PowerPoint’ by making use of flip charts and whiteboard to explain each concept. The training is highly interactive as you will be engaged in group exercises and activities to practice what you have been taught. Our motto is “Learning by doing” and we strongly believe in one of  Benjamin Franklin quote which says “Tell me and I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I learn.”

In the course of the training, our instructors are ever-ready to answer questions which may arise from industry or organization-specific scenarios and personal studies (while using the pre-course material).

After the training, you will still have access to the post-course material. This is to practice more questions and prepare for your exam. Again, the training is enough to pass the exam.

Who will be my instructor?

Our instructors have several years of experience as trainers and as professionals. They have in-depth knowledge of Business Analysis practice and how it applies to different organizations. Apart from this, they have worked with reputable organizations around the globe. It will interest you to know that the trainer who will conduct the next Business Analysis training is our Lead trainer who is a Business Analyst and a business owner himself. He does not only have the knowledge of Business Analysis, but he also has the knowledge of project management. He has more than 10 project-management-related qualifications in areas such as (programme management, portfolio management, process improvement, change management), etc. which are even related to Business Analysis. Consequently, it is easy for him to teach the course in the most practicable and easy-to-understand fashion.
